About Us

CLT Byron Consulting bring a specialised and highly experienced team to all projects. The team has a track record of successful completion of complex research projects, specialising in building cross sector collaboration and enhancing workforce development. We have years of experience conducting large scale, multi-site research and evaluation projects, providing education and training to both organisations and undergraduate and postgraduate students in the tertiary education system, and designing programs and policy responses in both the government and non-government spaces. 

The project team has extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods and in conducting high-quality process, and outcome evaluations of initiatives in the sector. As researchers with extensive experience designing and conducting evaluations with people from priority cohorts, including children and young people, those who have experienced trauma, abuse and victimisation, and those from marginalised cultural and social groups, we understand the need for sensitivity in dealing with individuals and organisations affected by complex issues. The team works from an intersectional approach. 

The team comprises:

• A managing project director who is a highly skilled researcher with experience both in academic research, as well as developing policy and practice frameworks. 

• Two specialist advisors, offering significant depth of expertise at key project design and decision points, including the development of evaluation frameworks, research instrument design, and analysis and development of recommendations.

• An experienced and skilled researcher. 

CLT Byron also draws on the expertise and experience of other senior practitioners and researchers in the field to suit each individual project.
