CLT Byron Consulting is a social research, evaluation, and policy development organisation. Key services include; research and evaluation methodology design, data collection, analysis and write up; participatory and partnership approaches to service improvement; policy development; ethics applications; stakeholder engagement; and providing content expertise.
We value academic rigour balanced with practical experience that has been developed working in the social welfare, health, and education sectors over the past two decades.
Our starting point is to determine the purpose underpinning our clients brief and work to achieve these goals and objectives in partnership. Core to our work is a commitment to social justice, the value of stakeholder engagement, participatory practice, and sustainable outcomes. We promote change through partnership and co-design.
As social workers we acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Australians, whose lands, winds, and waters we now all share, and pay respect to their unique values, and their continuing and enduring cultures which deepen and enrich the life of our nation and communities. Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
